General Policies
In-Stock merchandise will be shipped within 1 day from date of order. Out of stock orders will be delivered between 1-2 weeks.
All prices include shipping and handling on orders within the USA with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. For these and all international orders there will be a charge for shipping. Orders will be accepted immediately as the purchase price is deposited with PayPal. FashionModem receives the funds only upon shipping of your merchandise. This is an insurance measure for both parties. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards
Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected
items for a charge $10.00 per item.
One Gift Card is available per order for a charge of $5.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:
Return Policies
Unused merchandise in its original packaging can be returned for a Full Refund.
All exchanges/returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
For all returns
and exchanges, shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
